Participating countries included Australia, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Canada, Korea, Norway, Sweden, the UK and the USA.

Entries from 346 students from around the globe were judged on Creativity (50%), Technique (40%), and Originality (10%). There were two rounds of judging: regional and international, with four winners selected in each round. Prizes were awarded to first, second and third-place winners, and the Fan Favorite, who was selected online by students.
