Professional Beauty Association Launches New One-Day Regional Salon Summits

The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) is set to launch its new one-day Regional Salon Summits across the United States starting this fall. Created to help salon owners and beauty professionals elevate their business, careers and the beauty industry as a whole, each summit will feature various training sessions ranging from business management and tax planning to marketing and staff development.

“PBA recognizes not all salon owners and personnel are able to attend our major industry events,” said Jessi Marshall, PBA’s director of industry programs and education. “With Regional Salon Summits, we’re able to provide more intimate, high-quality education and business development opportunities, and help our beauty professionals connect.”

Distributor Essential Salon Products will host the first summit in the Boston area at their headquarters on Monday, September 10. The event will feature four core sessions including Terri Cowan explaining the importance of leadership and a discussion with iconic stylist and founder of HairDesignerTV.com Vivienne Mackinder on how to affectively communicate ideas.
