Cliff Davis, President/CEO of Quality Resourcing Services (QRS) is excited to announce the Tara Silber has been hired as the new Account Manager. Tara, who graduated from Roger Williams University, was most recently Director of Sales for Spencer Forrest Inc., a leading maker of products for thin and thinning hair. Tara will be a welcome addition to the QRS team, as she shares her knowledge and experience in the beauty industry.
