Repechage Hosts Annual Network Power Lunch − Champagne Brunch

On Monday, December 9, skincare brand Repêchage is hosting its annual Network Power Lunch – Champagne Brunch in Seacaucus, NJ. The lunch, hosted by Repêchage president and founder Lydia Sarfati, provides industry professionals with the tools to launch their own salons and spas. Sarfati has worked as an esthetician, spa owner, consultant and manufacturer for over 30 years. She is author of the book Success at Your Fingertips: How to Succeed in the Skin Care Business.

The lunch will feature three guest speakers. Christine Sensenig, founder of Sensenig Law Firm in Florida, will present “Avoiding a ‘Government Shutdown:’ What Spa and Salon Professionals Need to Know About Employment Law.” Sensenig has practiced employment and labor law for over 17 years and graduated from the University of Florida with a law degree. She educates supervisors and employees about their legal rights and responsibilities, and was named a “Florida Legal Elite Attorney” by Florida Trend Magazine in 2009, 2010 and 2011.

Lois Christie, CEO and Hair Color DIrector of Christie & Co. Salon and Spa, will present "Adapting & Reacting – Trends to Improve Your Bottom Line." Christie is also the president of Intercoiffure America/Canada an organization representing the best salons around the world, was acknowledged as one of the most successful businesswomen in Queens. 

Jack Panico, owner of Panico Salon and Spa, will present "Passion & Purpose – Elevating Your Business and Giving Back." He is the president and CEO of four other salon-and-spas and travels the country to consult manufacturers and private salon-and-spa owners.
