Strategies Announces Third Annual Team-Based Pay Conference

Strategies, a leading national business management training and coaching company for salons, spas and medspas, has announced their third annual Team-Based Pay Conference, which will take place on September 18-19, 2016 at the Westin Chicago Northwest in Itasca, IL, just outside of Chicago.

New for 2016, attendees will be assigned to “customized” breakout sessions on both days of the event based on their Team-Based Pay experience level. This will allow Strategies to deliver much deeper and relevant content to each group. Current Team-Based Pay users will also have the option to attend three additional “bonus” breakouts on each day.

Also new this year, Strategies vice-president, Eric Ducoff, will be presenting a keynote on digital marketing for salons and spas.

“Given the amount of industry buzz surrounding Team-Based Pay since last year’s conference, we couldn’t be more excited to unveil the new changes we’ve made for 2016”, says Strategies Founder & CEO, Neil Ducoff. “Offering two full days of customized content based on whether attendees are current or future Team-Based Pay users is going to drastically up the game from a content standpoint,” continues Ducoff. “Now more than ever, employee-based salons and spas need to up their game to compete with rental and suites. Team-Based Pay has always been a viable solution in that it offers incredible growth and income options for both staff and the business. That’s why it’s easy to see why the Team-Based Pay Conference is quickly becoming one of the most impactful events on the future livelihoods of salon/spa owners and their teams.”

All presentations will be facilitated by Strategies’ team of Certified Strategies Coaches. Five current Team-Based Pay owners will also be featured in a Team-Based Pay Best Practices Discussion Panel.

TBP16 will also play host to the 2nd Annual Team-Based Pay Awards, highlighting 2016’s best and brightest Team-Based Pay salons, spas and medspas across eight categories.

Ticket prices will increase as the event draws near, with final pricing ending at $695 per ticket. Visit teambasedpayconference.com for current pricing.
