Brazil’s most famous fashion stylist was recently selected to create the glamorous couture silver dress worn by supermodel Gisele Bundchen during the opening ceremony of the 2016 Olympics in Rio, Brazil, and has always delighted audiences with his creations for Fashion Week in Tokyo, New York and across the world.
Every season, the fashion designer creates a new package design for Truss Professional inspired to the collection he presents on the runways. “This year, our models reflected the poetry of strong but delicate women. Brazilian tropical flowers were the biggest highlight in off-white colors, cherry-reds, orange and greens, which inspired me to reflect the same concept in the Truss packaging.” Says Herchovitch.

The limited edition Herchovitch; Alexandre line consists of a Shampoo, Conditioner and Mask, which will intensively treat damaged hair, providing reconstruction and nourishment through a formula that is rich in Hyaluronic Acid, an excellent anti-aging ingredient responsible for preserving the vitality of hair strands with added shine and softness. It fills the porosity levels, providing a quick, lasting and progressive hydration. Some of the ingredients in the range include:
• Hyaluronic Acid: Derived from natural sources through biosynthesized technology, it is a cosmetic bioactive nanoparticle that fills the porosity levels and provides lasting hydration, elasticity and shine. By acting directly on the scalp, it allows a healthy hair growth from the bulb, in addition to its anti-aging action.
• Bio Affinity Complex: Provides phytonutrients to repair the cuticles and restore hair damaged by chemical processes or external aggressions (UV rays, wind, excessive use of the dryer and flat iron). Restores the strength and natural flexibility, making hair stronger and softer. Prolongs shine, prevents split ends, forms a protective film and prevents discoloration.
• Cysteine / Cysteine bio functionalized (Bio Cysteine): Smaller amino acid molecular structure that penetrates easily into the hair strands due to its bio-affinity with the hair, healing the cuticle and forming a protective film against external aggressions. Restores the flexibility and resistance for chemically treated hair. Moisturizes and adds shine, softness and flexibility for easy combing.
• Nano Repair: Acts as a “cement” inside the hair and at the same time as a gloss adhesive on the cuticles.
• Polycare: Polymer film forming. It provides softness, shine and anti-frizz effect. Reduces hair volume and defines the waves in curly hair.
• Sericin: Amino acid that rebuilds hair that has been chemically processed.
• Creatine: Derivative of a powerful amino acid, its micro-particles will penetrate deeply into the hair strands due to its small size, recovering damages caused by chemical and external processes, increasing the resistance of the hair strands. Protects, revitalizes and moisturizes the hair, providing better combing. It helps to minimize the effects of aging, acting as a reparative and protective element.
• Keratin: Protein that is quickly absorbed by the hair, increasing its strength and providing volume. It consists of 18 amino acids: alanine, valine, isoleucine, serine, threonine, leucine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, tryptophan, proline, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, glycine, lysine, arginine, methionine, cysteine and histidine.
• Collagen: Returns elasticity and flexibility to the hair.
• Panthenol: Tones the scalp, while moisturizing and restoring hair strands. Penetrates into the roots and into the length, forming an elastic layer on the inside and outside of the hair, giving the hair a humectant effect rapidly regaining its natural luster and body.
• Wheat Protein: Contains plant peptides originated from wheat. Protects and helps restore the natural flexibility of the hair.
