Dolce & Gabbana

To shine a spotlight on the brightly colored printed headscarves at Dolce & Gabbana’s Milan show, Redken Creative Consultant Guido coaxed and pinned the hair into a loose updo. He left the hairline exposed and added height for an overall light, summery look. KEY PRODUCT: Redken Aerate 08

The Blonds

Avant-garde was the name of the game at The Blonds’s New York show, where Antonio Corral Calero channeled Madonna and Esther Williams. The Moroccanoil artistic director hid locks under latex headpieces and used Barbie-like synthetic hairpieces that overflowed from the caps and cascaded down the models’ backs. Jean Paul Gaultier

Redken Creative Consultant Guido created grungy, ’80s hairstyles at Jean Paul Gaultier’s Paris show, which was inspired by the decade’s pop stars. After fashioning a messy French twist, he wrapped and tied the design in a black scarf, pulling out some pieces for a dishevelled effect. KEY PRODUCTS: Redken Guts 10, Forceful 23

Louis Vuitton

This ’60s-inspired hairstyle by Redken Creative Consultant Guido combines a bouffant shape with a side-swept bang. To get the look, he used a headband to enhance the mod effect and a round updo to offset the checkered pattern on much of the clothing. KEY PRODUCTS: Redken Guts 10, Quick Tease 15
