How-To: 70's Goth Waves

Inspired by the ’80s and female icons like Paloma Picasso and Tina Chow, Jill Stuart’s Fall 2016 collection embraces a moody but feminine opulence with textured fabrics in jewel-toned hues. Enhanced by rich embellishments, ruffles, and luxurious fabrics that are quintessential to Jill Stuart’s design DNA, the line is perfectly complemented by the edgy ’70s-goth waves created by lead hairstylist James Pecis.

How-To:

1. Prep hair with Maximista Thickening Spray and blow dry straight.

2. Spray Dry Texturizing Spray over the top of the hair and brush through, making sure that the top is blown down flat.

3. Hold a large curling iron vertically to create an “S” shaped wave.
