Good principles and practices of simple broom management say a lot about management in general. If you cannot stay on top of the hair on the floor what else is getting past you? We see so much hair on the floor we no longer really see hair on the floor. Clients see everything. Clients are not as indifferent to hair on the floor as many of us have become.
