How-To: Madeline Brewer's '70s-Inspired Blowout at the Emmys

A good old-fashioned blowout never goes out of style. At this year's 73rd Emmys, "Handmaid's Tale" actress Madeline Brewer put her own spin on the classic style with a '70s-inspired voluminous blowout courtesy of celebrity hairstylist Bridget Brager

Get the Look:

  1. Start on clean, freshly washed hair
  2. Apply SMOOTH&SHINE roots to ends and brush through to evenly distribute the product.
  3. Next, use ELEVATE Mousse from roots to ends to lift hair into a full-bodied, frizz-free style that's soft, shiny and moveable.
  4. Part hair into large sections and blow-dry in different directions for maximum volume.
  5. Once dry, spritz each section with the 3-in-1 customizable strength GO365 Hairspray and curl ends with a 1.5” to 2” iron.
  6. Brush out curls and add TEXTURIZA Spray all over and brush out again for an undone finish.
  7. To finish, rub CONUNDRUM Paste in the palms of your hands and smooth out the pieces around the face.
