Artist Stories: Guy Tang, Hair Activist Part 2

In Part 2 of our Artist Stories interview with Guy Tang, we learn more about what motivates and inspires this social media icon.  In a discussion on the value of education,  Guy shares some of his favorite industry role models. He also delves into the reasons behind his creating such a personal online presence and shares his take on the value of the roadblocks most of us will experience in our own personal and professional journeys.

American Salon is proud to have had the opportunity to spend time getting to know Guy Tang (and to share his story with our audience). Guy is all we expected him to be and more—a truly authentic, engaging and good-hearted human being who also happens to be an amazingly talented colorist, educator and artist.  We look forward to watching him continue to learn, grow  and share his journey with us all.
