Clipperguy Business Building from A to Zoot - Letter E is for "Early and Late Hours"

Letter E is for Early and Late Hours – People are busy.  9 to 5 does not really work for too many of us.  Open early, stay late.  Not every day, but the bottom line is to be there when THEY want you to be there.  This is and will always be a service business.  One of the best ways we can serve clients better is to be there when it works for them.  One of the best ways to know when they wish to be served is to ask.  Simple client surveys can reveal a lot about client preferences and help us help them, which ultimately helps us help us.
