Letter S is for Serve Seniors - Seniors are a growing population. Seniors have a lot of money. Seniors are a lucrative market. Making your business welcoming to seniors does NOT have to mean discounting. Blanket senior price-off discounts are bad for business. Limited hours senior discounts can make sense for some. A solid base of senior business is good for us all. Lately I am just enjoying interacting with seniors. The insights, the experiences they have and share are magical. The pace of service is a welcome break, too.
