Salon Best Practices: Accept Walk-Ins Until Closing Time

Too often too many haircutters turn away clients before the time posted on the window.  This is a great way to create bad feelings and lose clients.  Accepting walk-ins up to the posted closing time is a basic best practice. If you wish to leave at 9PM, back the posted time off to 8:30.  Do not turn away easy money and your responsibility to serve.
