Salon Best Practices: Stay Open Late

Stay Open Late – Initially one night per week is enough.  As you build business and get to know your client base and the local culture you can add nights and expand the offerings.  One night gets the ball rolling.  Who knows, perhaps eventually you will be open late every night and sleep late every day.  Be there when clients want you there, not when it is convenient for you.
