What Snapchat, a popular mobile app, allows users to send videos and photos in real time, that delete after just a few seconds of viewing. It’s also an instant messaging app. The user can add video and photos to a “story” (a 24-hour collection of snaps) that the user can broadcast to followers, and can be watched multiple times.
