Beauty & Wellness Founders: Apply Now for Maesa Magic Incubator

Emerging beauty and wellness entrepreneurs have until Aug. 7 to apply for the 2027 cohort of the Maesa Magic Incubator — designed to help early-stage founders from marginalized communities to grow and scale their businesses.

Three chosen applicants will each receive a $35K no-strings grant, along with ongoing education and mentorship, promotional support, and access to Maesa's extensive network of founders, executives, and industry experts.

Maesa is a business incubator and product development company behind a portfolio of innovative beauty and wellness brands sold through major retailers. It created the Magic Incubator program in 2023 to “empower and amplify early-stage, underrepresented voices,” supporting founders not far enough along in their business growth to qualify for traditional accelerator programs.

The five-month program combines a comprehensive virtual curriculum with hands-on learning, including weekly expert-led sessions, in-person workshops and events, specialized business tracks, one-on-one mentorship, and a capstone project.

Since its launch, the Maesa Magic Incubator has supported six entrepreneurs and awarded more than $300K in grant funding.

The program is open to U.S.-based incorporated beauty and wellness businesses in the early stages of growth with less than $1 million in annual sales. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and identify as being from an underrepresented community. Eligible founders include women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, seniors, and those from low-income backgrounds.

Eligible businesses should be developing physical beauty or wellness products and be ready to commit to the full five-month program.

To apply, entrepreneurs must complete the online application, submit a pitch deck, and provide a one- to three-minute video introducing their business and vision. Following the initial review, the top 10 applicants will be invited to interview, with three founders ultimately selected for the 2027 cohort.

Applications close on August 7, 2026. Entrepreneurs interested in joining the next class can submit their application through the Maesa Magic Incubator portal.
