Ronald S. Lauder Steps Down from BoD of Estée Lauder Companies

Aura Salonware Announces Integration with SalonInteractive
Aura Salonware has added the SalonInteractive ecommerce platform to its salon management software, giving users direct access to product names, sizes, SKUs and other data for more than 400 brands.
The new data management feature eliminates the need for manual product entry when setting up inventory within the scheduling and point-of-sale software.

Once Aura customers sync products from SalonInteractive’s catalog, they can access integrated salon ordering with participating distributors, plus sell products online through their own digital marketplaces.
SalonInteractive’s product catalog also provides education, product descriptions, directions, and ingredients.
Boulevard Adds Automated Referral Features to Pump Up Word-of-Mouth
Boulevard has added automated client referral capabilities to its salon and spa software, making it easy to extend custom discounts and rewards both to referring clients and the new customers they bring in.
Salon, spa, and barber businesses can set up email or text campaigns within the Boulevard platform to promote their referral program to clients, who receive a unique booking link to share with their friends and networks offering a discount on their first appointment.
The discount is automatically applied whenever the first appointment is booked. The referring client is automatically rewarded with an account credit directly within Boulevard once the initial appointment is complete.
The software also provides detailed reports that track the referral program’s ROI.
Boulevard has also announced it was named to the 2024 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 list for the third year in a row. Boulevard ranked 62nd overall with a three-year growth rate of nearly 2,300%.
