Words you live by and why: What you focus on grows. We create our realities, so it’s important to focus on what makes us happy and take our attention away from that which we don’t want or like.

One thing every beauty pro needs to have: Stress management skills to live a happier, healthier life, both in and out of the salon.

What you hope attendees will take away from your class: I hope that attendees will realize that managing stress and engaging in daily self-care rituals are pertinent to living a happy, healthy life. I hope that through my session, attendees learn a couple of simple, efficient techniques they can use to manage stress on a daily basis.
