amika Launches Stylist Circle, its Reimagined Ambassador Program

amika has retooled its ambassador program to be “more representatative of the real professional landscape,” the brand’s CEO says.

amika says its reimagined Stylist Circle program recognizes both longstanding collaborators and the organic community of stylists who use the brand behind the chair.

Within the new structure, icon-level artists anchor brand storytelling and lead major moments, while a broader network of working professionals drives everyday credibility from behind the chair.

"The traditional model of working with a small, curated group of stylists no longer reflects how influence works today," says amika CEO Chelsea Riggs.

“This evolution is not about creating a hierarchy, but about recognizing the different ways stylists show up and grow with us,” she says, “allowing us to support them at every stage while elevating their voices and perspectives across an array of opportunities."

The Stylist Circle spans a diverse community of salon professionals equipped to work across all hair types, textures, and client needs, amika says.

Members of the network act as both creators and collaborators, bringing amika's products and positioning to life across editorial, education, and cultural touchpoints “from the salon chair to the red carpet,” the brand says.

Those in the Stylist Circle can participate in education initiatives, content creation, in-salon advocacy, and amika campaigns and launches.

The network runs the spectrum from celebrity and editorial influencers to mid-tier creators and salon professionals. It includes Lacy Redway, Vernon François (whose work is pictured above), Eric Vaughn, Clayton Hawkins, Glen "Coco" Oropeza, Lazhane Hightower, Crystal Casey, Katelyn Cryer, and Rashuna Durham.

The brand says its Stylist Circle evolution builds on amika’s broader investment in the professional community.

Last month, amika launched its global On Your Wavelength campaign, spotlighting the connection between stylist and client while reinforcing amika's authority in professional-grade treatments.

The brand also has rolled out its 2026 amika means friend Tour, a multi-city community-building initiative bringing education, inspiration, and connection to salons, suites, and cosmetology schools nationwide.
