If there is one hair color I love more than any other, it's a rich red head. Recently one of my favorite redheads came in for a visit with something new in mind for the holidays. As we transition from fall to winter, we wanted to change her tone without losing any richness or depth. Luckily, her undertones and light blue eyes give us tons of flexibility when it comes to level and tone changes.
After the release of some beautiful red formulas from one of my favorite brands, I envisioned taking her warm red to deeper hues and cooler tones that harmonized well with smoky brown. Plus, I know that when her red fades slightly it will still be a beautiful blend of colors that looks intentional.
