The mix of silver toner and layered blue color paneling is perfect for adding a mesmerizing, yet subtle pop of color.
Get the Look:
- Starting on a level ten base, tone globally with Pulp Riot Silver Toner and 6 Volume developer on wet hair for 12 minutes.
- Take a v-shaped section underneath the crown, and apply Pulp Riot Neon Electric Nirvana on isolated foils to create the color panels on each side. Process for 25 minutes.
- Carefully rinse out blue coloring and style.
