Color How-To: Blue Jean Color Panel

In the words of David Bowie, “Is heaven any sweeter than Blue Jean?” Though he definitely wasn’t referring to a hair color, it doesn’t get much sweeter than this color creation by hairstylist Doug Theoharis (@doug_theo). The mix of silver toner and layered blue color paneling is perfect for adding a mesmerizing, yet subtle pop of color.

 Get the Look:

  1. Starting on a level ten base, tone globally with Pulp Riot Silver Toner and 6 Volume developer on wet hair for 12 minutes.
  2. Take a v-shaped section underneath the crown, and apply Pulp Riot Neon Electric Nirvana on isolated foils to create the color panels on each side. Process for 25 minutes.
  3. Carefully rinse out blue coloring and style.
