Color How-To: Tahitian Sunset

With the cold weather in full swing, many of your clients are probably dreaming of warmer days. So why not bring the tropics to the salon? From balayage and blonde specialist Jenna Erin Murray (@jemhair), this “Tahitian sunset” look is perfect for clients looking to channel vacation vibes. Recreate this gorgeous shadow root and balayage for your next client using hot pink and cotton candy-lemonade shades. 

Get The Look: 

  • On dry hair, apply 30g Pulp Riot Blush
  • Mid-lengths and ends: Pulp Riot Blush (15g) + a pinch of Lemon (5g)
  • Dilute both formulas with conditioner to make it sheer and process roots for 20 minutes, ends for 10 minutes.
  • Rinse with cold water and style as desired.
