Oribe Introducing New Line of Six Brushes and Combs

Oribe is introducing a new line of six brushes and combs, which draws upon co-founder Oribe Canales’ collection of custom and one-of-a-kind brushes and celebrates his love of hairdressing.

Custom crafted by a family-owned Italian business that has specialized in professional tools since 1892, the designs are created using marbled resin made from cellulose acetate that is derived from wood pulp and is a more sustainable option than plastic. Evocative of marble sculptures, these are hand-finished, one-of-a-kind Italian-made pieces.

Designed to last a lifetime, the brushes feature ergonomic handles for perfect grip and balanced weight. Boar bristles and soft nylon pins help distribute the scalp’s natural oils while effortlessly detangling and preventing static. The hand-finished combs are calibrated to ensure ease of comb-through for all hair types.

The new brushes and combs were tested extensively by Oribe educators in multiple professional settings (from behind the salon chair to backstage at Fashion Week) and on a variety of hair types and textures.
