Tracey Devine Creates Winter Fairytale With Latest Collection

Imagine a cold winter morning in New York City—the kind of cold where you you can see your breath, and even with your hands in your pockets, your finger tips feel almost frost-bitten from the wind. That was the image in Tracey Devine's head when she thought up the concept for for her latest collection, Ice Dream. In her mind, the hair had to have strong edges and shapes with soft, moveable texture that showed the reflection of a winter sun. And, even though the icy feel captures you right off the bat, there's a warmth in the girls' eyes that invites you in.
