Call this look an homage to the angles and textures in Iris van Herpen's Spring/Summer 2015 Ready-to-Wear fashion show and the pops of robin's egg blue that Yuressh Hooker of diPietro Todd Salon in San Francisco saw all over the runway for spring. Working with what he calls a "great mix of medias," Hooker braided the model's hair to create a base for the sprinkle shape. Next, he cut artifical black and blue hair into very fine pieces, which he put in a box and sprayed with L'Oreal Professionnel Tecni.ARTInfinium 3 strong hold natural touch anti-frizz finishing spray. Then he sprinkled the pieces at random and froze everything in place with a liberal application of Tecni.ART Extreme Lacquer extreme hold anti-frizz fixing spray. Marianne Dougherty, editor in chief
