Marwa Bashir shares how to recreate Maren Morris’ low-textured ponytail from the CMA Awards for this Holiday Season. Styled by Marwa, it is the perfect, understated, but festive look.
Here is how she created this look:
- Part the hair in half from ear to ear clip off the top section
- Gather the bottom section into a sleek ponytail at base of neck up to middle ear (place ponytail for your own style wherever feels best) and secure with an elastic band
- Taking a tail comb, create a diagonal part from the outside of the eyebrow to back of section
- Add Label.m Anti-Frizz Smoothing Balm to create a sleek and shiny ponytail adding each section to the ponytail and securing with an elastic with hooks on the end. This helps to secure a clean ponytail without disturbing it.
- Curl the hair of the ponytail for texture and add Label.m Weightless Soufflé styling cream to create definition backcomb for volume. Add pearls or crystals on the part line with eyelash glue to really sparkle it up for the holiday parties
