Andrew Biazis has been appointed chief operating officer at Keune Haircosmetics USA, bringing 25-plus years of experience in professional beauty leadership roles. He will work to transform the North American organization of the global Dutch manufacturer of haircare products into a key player, and will report to founder and CEO George Keune.
Most recently, Biazis served as executive vice president of global business for Nixoin Research Labs. Before this, he led the turnaround of Goldwell and was part of the acquisition and relaunch of KMS California as president and CEO of Kao Professional Salon Services. He also spent time at Wella Corporation, Helen Curtis Industries and Redken Laboratories.
“As the market learns more about the company’s high performance haircolor, care and styling products, Keune will attain a leadership role in the U.S. and Canadian beauty marketplaces,” Biazis said.
