Mario Argenti
Keratin Complex has announced that Mario Argenti is the new president of Keratin Labs, a newly developed division of Keratin Complex. In this role, Argenti will lead the Keratin Lab’s overall strategic direction and expansion into other professional salon categories.
“Mario’s demonstrated strategic leadership qualities, proven results and his strong understanding of the professional products industry will significantly contribute to the continued growth and success of our business,” said Melvyn Howard, CEO of Keratin Complex.
Argenti’s background includes working as an executive in the professional and consumer beauty industries for over three decades, most recently as the president/CEO of KPSS, Inc. Previously he was the managing director of Estee Lauder Companies, responsible for their Australian affiliate, and chairman of the board and CEO for Wella Corporation USA, overseeing all operations in the U.S, Puerto Rico and Canada. Argenti also served as president of the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association (CTFA) in Australia, and on the board of directors for CTFA in the U.S.—Aja Edwards
