Hotheads Hair Extensions, innovators of the tape-in hair extension method, announced its new lead artistic and education team, Kristen and Mickey Colon. Between the two renowned stylists, they bring more than 30 years of experience to the brand, 10 of which Kristen has spent as an educator for the brand.
The married dynamic duo is expected to lead and grow the artistic team, to be comprised of various hair masters, all contributing different strengths to form one dynamic team of trainers for the US and Canada.
"We are very proud and quite humbled to have been selected as the new artistic and education team leads for Hotheads Hair Extensions," Kristen Colon says. "Mickey and I feed off of each other's energy. We love collaborating on photoshoots, in classes, or even just working on a client in our salon."
Apart from leading the team of educators for the brand, Kristen and Mickey will also manage the overall artistic direction for Hotheads. They will be creatively involved in imagery direction, content creation, curriculum development, class structure, platform work, hands-on training, and will also make several trade show appearances around the world.
