Rachel Jud, senior director of salon services and education at JCPenney, was just appointed vice president and divisional merchandise manager for JCPenney Salon. Jud will use her experience in client services, stylist recruitment, education and more to continue to foster partnerships and drive field, education and home office associates to create lasting relationships with clients.
In her previous position, Jud is noted for launching an internal stylist recruitment campaign, leading an award-winning artistic education team and building upon JCPenney’s InStyle partnership. The company states that her wealth of industry knowledge will inform her ability to create effective strategies in her new role.
