L'Oréal's Pat Parenty to Receive the 2014 Legend Award From ISBN

The International Salon/Spa Business Network (ISBN) will present its 2014 Legend Award to Pat Parenty , president, L’Oréal  USA Professional Products Division and SalonCentric. The award ceremony will take place at ISBN’S Annual Conference, “The Business of Being Social,” held from May 4-6, at the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. The ISBN Legend Award is presented by owners, CEO’s and senior executives of top multi-unit salon and spa companies to industry partners who have made extraordinary contributions to the growth of the professional salon industry.

Parenty joined L’Oréal Professional Products Division as vice president, sales for Redken in January 1997. He became vice president, general manager for Redken in 2000 and senior Vice President, general manager in 2002. Under his leadership, Redken had double-digit sales and profit growth. In 2009, Pat moved into a his role as president U.S. Brands, L’Oréal Professional Products Division, overseeing the U.S. business for Redken, Pureology, Matrix, L’Oréal Professionnel, Mizani, Kérastase, Shu Uemura Art of Hair, L’Oréal Technique and Essie. In 2010, he was promoted to president, L’Oréal USA Professional Products Division and SalonCentric.
