Mane Attraction Salon  in Phoenix is partnering with RESCUE (Reducing Euthanasia at Shelters through Commitment and Underlying Education) once again for its 13th Annual Beauty to the Rescue event on Sunday, March 3, to raise awareness of pet euthanasia. Stylists are offering a range of discounted services— cuts, treatments, styling and makeup— with all proceeds benefitting RESCUE, a local animal organization that saves healthy pets in need of adoption from euthanasia. “We have a special place in our hearts for the pets RESCUE helps,” said Mane Attraction Salon Co-Owner Beate Ong. “The real beneficiaries of this event will be the huggable animals that are adopted at this outstanding and important event.”

The fundraiser also offers live entertainment from local band Elvis Before Noon and Del Reys, food, children’s activities and pet grooming and a pet psychic to keep furry friends pampered. For more information about RESCUE: azrescue.org—Jennifer Barnes
