HOW TO ENTER
1. Follow @scrupleshair, @theunicorntribe and @thereal_omgiloveyourhair on Instagram.
2. Create a before and after photo showcasing a unique stylized color using all Scruples URBAN SHOCK Color Craze haircolor.
3. Image must be posted on Instagram using the hashtag #UrbanUnicornContest and @scrupleshair account tag in the Instagram caption. Include full description of inspiration, technique and products used. Pictures dated and posted before 9/8 will not count.
4. You may enter as many before and after photos as you like during the contest.
5. Extensions are allowed – but they also must showcase all Scruples URBAN SHOCK Color Craze haircolor.
6. Contest is open to all licensed cosmetologists at least 18 years of age or older and who are a legal resident of the United States or Canada.

Entry submission will open September 8th, 2015 at 8pm CST and will close November 1st, 2015 at 11:59pm CST.
WINNERS
Winners must agree to have entry materials and full name listed in future promotional activities without future compensation except where prohibited by law. All submissions become property of Scruples and may be used for future advertising, publicity, website, and/or anything devised by Scruples. Prizes are not transferrable and must be accepted as awarded. No exchange for cash will be permitted and no refunds are allowed. The value of the prize fees and surcharges of prize are sole responsibility of winner.

Failure to respond to winning notification within 24 hours will result in disqualification and next respective highest judged entrant will be declared winner. Failure of winner to comply with official rules and requirements will result in disqualification and prize forfeit without any compensation.
JUDGING
Grand Prize, Second, and Third Place Winners will be selected by Scruples and Alix Clymer of the Unicorn Tribe. Winners will be announced to the public through Scruples' Social Media Channels, Website, and Email Blast. Winning entries will be chosen based on creativity, styling technique and overall quality of the presentation.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Entrants must follow all of the rules designated by the Sponsor for a specific contest in order to be eligible to win. Entrants are only allowed to enter a contest from a single account on any given platform. Entrants must have valid e-mail address and it is entrant’s responsibility to update Sponsor of any change in e-mail address. All prizes must be claimed within 24-hours of the Sponsors initial contact with the winner. Any claims made after the designated 24-hour period will not be accepted, and Sponsor reserves the right to choose an alternate winner. Prizes must be shipped directly to the contest winner, whose name and information is associated with the account from which they entered the contest. Expenses not specifically included in prize description and all taxes sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prize or election of cash in lieu of prize will be permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize (or any component thereof) is not available. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and/or any other fees/costs associated with the prize or receipt of the prize. The winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, or if potential winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours from the first notification attempt, or if potential winner fails to return requisite document within the specified time period, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected for the prize at issue. Entrants also acknowledge that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in a Promotion if it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices or intending to abuse, threaten or harass other entrants. Caution: Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent of the law.
DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW
Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Minnesota. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Minnesota or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Minnesota.
