Located in the chic Buckhead section of Atlanta sits Salon Saison, a luxurious retreat where all clients are considered VIPs.

Salon Saison, French for “salon of the season,” is a 2,700-square-foot boutique-style space that provides an intimate salon experience in an upscale environment. With eight private treatment suites and one private esthetician room, the salon, which opened in January 2013, allows clients to receive services with the full attention of the professional. “Salon Saison believes in giving our clients more than just a service,” owner Tomeka Robinson says. “This means they aren’t rushed from person to person and chair to chair. We create an intimate vibe, and we maximize the space and time in a smart way so it makes business sense, but the clients never notice anything other than all eyes, ears and attention on them.”
Robinson, who holds degrees in interior and fashion design and business management, designed the salon herself to be a luxurious space with a positive, peaceful vibe. The reception area features white bamboo floors; a customized, curved granite-topped reception desk with a metallic and white finish; elegant hanging chandeliers; and floating shelves for retail products. Clients can browse and purchase products from companies such as Jane Iredale The Skin Care Makeup, Kevin.Murphy and Rene Furterer in the adjoining retail store. Another aesthetic highlight is the lounge area’s sleek design consisting of white, custom banquet seating and furniture along with ocean-blue accents. Here, guests are encouraged to relax and enjoy amenities such as Wi-Fi, cable TV, hot and cold beverages, and healthy snacks pre- and post-treatment.
The diverse and eclectic clientele may be drawn to the salon because of its decor, but they keep coming back for the high-quality hair, skin and body services, provided by educated and talented stylists. “Our clients are an extension of our family and we treat them accordingly,” Robinson says. “We have very attentive and caring professionals who give clients the individual attention they deserve.
