Designed to increase salons' revenues, The Wash House Experience DVD, new from Paul Mitchell, offers step-by-step instructions from Global Artistic Director Robert Cromeans and his team on how to turn the shampoo bowl into a spa retreat with treatments like T3 Tension Tamer, a relaxing pressure-point massage; Hey Sugar, Sugar, an invigorating sugar scrub; and Lemon Aid, a refreshing lemon juice and sparkling water rinse. The DVD also provides tips on Wash House setup, staff training, and creating and marketing a Wash House menu. "Treatments are one of the most exciting elements happening in our business today," Cromeans says. "On the DVD, we teach salons how to cash in on this trend and give clients an experience they'll never forget." —L.A.
