Essentially “two conferences in one,” TBP17 will feature customized breakout sessions based on attendees’ Team-Based Pay experience. This promises much deeper and relevant content for both those who are currently using Team-Based Pay, and those who are exploring the program for the first time.
New for this year, TBP17 will feature a third track of sessions specifically for service providers who are currently working in Team-Based Pay salons or spas. The focus on staff will continue with the Service Provider’s Panel Discussion, where staff members will share their experiences of working in a Team-Based Pay salon or spa.
