L’ANZA Healing Color & Care appointed globally renowned hairstylist Ludovic Beckers as its new international artistic director, a newly created position within the brand's artist network. Beckers brings over 20 years of styling and education experience to his new role, which will focus on precision cutting and inspirational hair design education.
Beckers was exposed to beauty early on at his mother's salon, and joined the industry to become an international platform artist, educator and award-winning hairstylist, and a creative force throughout Europe. Beckers earned a reputation for technical, interactive shows. Since beginning his career in the 1990s, Beckers has led teams in cities including Bangkok, Berlin, Rome, Copenhagen, New York, Las Vegas and Buenos Aires, sharing stages with industry icons like Angelo Seminara, Mazella & Partners and the Sassoon team. He has participated in hundreds of hair competitions, and has earned over 100 industry awards from Germany, Belgium and France, taking trophies in Haircutting, Salon Team, Avant-Garde and Hair Color. In 2010 Beckers took his passion for cutting into product development to launch Curve-O, a brand of ergonomic tools.
