Color How-To: Ash Blonde Babylights

The blonde palette is vast to say the least. From caramel to platinum and everything in between, there's a suitable blonde shade to suit just about anyone's fancy. Ash blonde, one of the more muted variations on the blonde color wheel, is ideal for clients seeking a lower-maintenance color. California-based stylist Jeffrey Robert (@jeffreyrobert_) took his client from a natural level two to an ash-blonde babe in three sessions. Here's how:

Get the Look: 

  • Bump base with Schwarzkopf 6-1, 7-16, 0-22 and 25-volume developer.
  • Ends: 9-1,10-46, e-1 and 7-volume developer.
