How-To: Cut Fine, Curly Hair

Curly hair presents it’s own challenges. One example is that when hair is layered ‘traditionally,’ the layers tend to round themselves out once dry. This week Ruth shares a quick tutorial, creating layers in a different way on curly fine hair.
