If you have a client looking to take the pastel plunge, opt for this lilac melt—it's the perfect combination of subtle and bold. Goldwell Regional Artistic Team Member, Steven Picciano (@steviewondaz) created this shade using Goldwell Colorance Pastels. Here's how:
Step-by-Step
Model Existing Shade:
- Regrowth 7N
- Ends 10BG
Step 1: Pre-lighten regrowth using 35ml SilkLift 6% (20vol) lotion + one scoop of SilkLift High Performance Lightener + three pumps of SilkLift Intense Conditioner Serum Concentrate. Observe processing time.
Step 2: Next, divide hair into four sections and apply 40 ml Colorance Lotion + 15ml Pastel Lavender + 5ml Pastel Indigo to create the root shading.
Step 3: Then, using a wide tooth comb diffuse the root shading into the mid-lengths.
Step 4: After, apply 60ml Colorance Lotion + 10ml 10BS + 15ml Pastel Lavender + 5ml Pastel Indigo to remaining hair.
Step 5: Allow hair to process for 25 minutes, then rinse and treat hair using Dualsenses Rich Repair products.
