Award-winning Scottish hairstylist David Corbett has released a striking collection of looks inspired by kintsugi, the Japanese art form that celebrates flaws by using precious metals to repair cracks in broken pottery.
The Fracture collection earned Corbett the win for Scottish Hairdresser of the Year at the 2025 British Hairdressing Awards, an honor the Glasgow-based editorial stylist has claimed multiple times.
"My collection explores the idea that in a world where we are in pursuit of perfection, we often overlook just how beautiful the imperfect can be," Corbett says.
"There has to be cracks in most things, otherwise how do we let the light in?”
