It's not news that more clients are wanting to embrace their natural texture and curls. Now new data from Kline shows that clients are investing even more in curl-care products than previously, showing that 2022 is shaping up to be a year that truly celebrates curls.
Revenue from products formulated for curl care are up 40 percent for the period Q1 to Q3 2021 compared with the period last year. The hairstyling category made up 67 percent of those sales, with creams, gels and lotions leading the way.
