Some good news for salons: John Paul Mitchell Systems (JPMS) has created a $4 million stimulus plan solely designed to support hairdressers and salons. The two-part program created to help salons ease the financial strain, maintain deep sense of community and rebound more quickly.
What the JPMS Salon Jumpstart Stimulus includes:
- Free haircolor
- Free back-bar product
- Enhanced education
- Digital support
JPMS is partnering with its network of loyal salons and distributors on flexible terms to get salons back into business as quickly and easily as possible.
“Since day one, our salon partners have been the heart of everything we do. With that, we have shifted our focus for 2020 to protecting our industry by supporting our most valuable partners: salons and stylists,” said Michaeline DeJoria, vice chairman of JPMS, in a press statement. “We are working to provide support for our global partners, while also working to generate awareness around the need to rally behind your local salon professionals during these unprecedented times.”
