2023 Golden Globes: The Daisy Edgar Jones Look

Celebrity hair stylist Kylee Heath wanted to create a classic look with added texture for actress Daisy Edgar Jones’ look during the 2023 Golden Globes.

Starting with damp hair, Kylee applied the Hair Rituel by Sisley-Paris La Crème 230 evenly throughout to prep and protect the hair from heat styling. Next, she sprayed the Hair Rituel by Sisley-Paris Volumizing Spray throughout Daisy’s roots to add volume. She said, “For these types of events, hair prep is key.”

Then, Kylee blow-dried the hair with the Hair Rituel by Sisley-Paris Blow Dry Brush 2, switching to the Blow Dry Brush 1 when she reached Daisy’s fringe to achieve even more volume at the roots.

Once the hair was fully dry, Kylee sectioned the front of the actress’s hair away from the back. She then sprayed a light mist of the Volumizing Spray once again to add texture, before pulling the back section of the hair into a low ponytail.

Kylee continued, “For a low bun, I like to draw an imaginary line from the chin to the back of the head to figure out the placement of the bun, as that always results in the most flattering look.”

Once she figured out where the bun would be placed, Kylee lightly teased Daisy’s hair, section by section, before pinning it into a low ponytail. She continued to tease and pin the hair, until all of the ponytail was in a low bun.

To finish off the look, Kylee slightly pulled the hair at the crown of the head to add more volume and texture, and lightly teased the fringe from underneath
